Characteristics

MULTIPHOB H7 brings about a chemical modification of free calcium ions and a hydrophobic cladding of the capillary pores.

In concrete, MULTIPHOB H7 causes: - significantly noticeable hydrophobation of the capillary pore system with a beading effect. - considerable reduction in efflorescence and an increase in the resistance to frost and de-icing salt. - evident colour intensification with coloured concrete products with a significantly reduced risk of moss growth. - lubricating effect due to the plastifying components, thereby creating a quality-enhancing surface and sealing whilst positively influencing the stripping behaviour.

Application Area

• To create mechanically produced, one-course and coloured concrete goods or face concrete for concrete goods (consistency C0 – C1), like for example, concrete paving blocks, pavement flags, limiting elements and palisades.
• To produce hydrophobic concrete goods with beading effect.
• To produce coloured concrete goods. If you use concrete hardening agent H6 you do not have to use a concrete liquefier in addition.
