Function

Aerocrete SFS3 is a liquid concentrated agent that triggers considerable foaming. With a controlled mix it brings about a homogenous, stable light mortar that can be pumped and applied without the separation of water. The recipe depends on the desired degree of strength. Cement content from 100 to 330 kg/m³ is standard. The desired fresh bulk densities can be set within the range of 0.2 – 2.0 kg/dm³ by choosing the appropriate lightweight aggregate and selecting a suitable recipe. With the appropriate mixing technology, Aerocrete SFS3 enables - a thermal conductivity between 0.1 - 0.2 W(mK) - an improvement in workability by the means of plastification. - a reduction in the tendency to crack. - absolute durability in mineral building materials. - a complete compatibility with artificial lightweight aggregates (like expanded polystyrene, expanded clay etc.). - a construction method that is safe in terms of organic architecture, environmental friendly and solvent-free.

Application area

• To produce light screed mortar for aerated screed, floating thermal insulation screeds and levelling screeds with thermal insulating properties.
• To be used as a foaming agent for foam gun production.
